Steepers Only is a premium tea company led by a founder who taps into her food-science degree to create custom blends. Each one is made with superfood, antioxidant-rich ingredients and packed in biodegradable pyramids, right here in Chicago.
How it started
Much of the inspiration for Steepers Only comes from our founder’s mother, an entrepreneur, and from a missionary trip the family took to Kenya. While travelling, one of the missionary leaders told her something that stuck: “Everytime is tea time.”
She came home, put her food-science training to work, and started blending teas that taste like something and do something: antioxidants, vitamin C, real fruit and whole spices, never artificial flavors.
What we stand for
Our pyramids are made from non-GMO sugar cane. Biodegradable and plastic-free, so the whole bag can go in the compost.
Our packaging is environmentally friendly. We reduce, reuse and recycle, and hope you will too.

Every blend is formulated, tested and packed by our small team in Chicago. You’ll find us on the shelf at Foxtrot, Chia Leah and Here Here Market, and in gift boxes for companies around the city.
